Sino-i Technology's information technology subsidiary CE Dongli Technology Company has entered into a one-year "listing tutorial period", apparently getting ready for a listing on the mainland.
In a company statement, Sino-i said "CE is set to explode, becoming an information technology conglomerate in China". CE Dongli was acquired by Sino-i in 1999 and focuses on providing application services to corporate clients, mainly small and medium-sized Chinese enterprises. The company has more than 50,000 clients and 41 branches nationwide.
