It has been reported that Pacific Century CyberWorks (PCCW) has launched a joint venture with China Telecommunications Group called Unihub China, which has inked two service contracts valued at 31 million yuan (US$3.7 million) with China Telecom, the same report said.
The JV plan had been revealed by PCCW earlier last year, however the introduction was delayed due to the overlap of the new company's business with another of PCCW's mainland joint ventures, although PCCW may consider a merger of the two ventures.
