VTech Appoints James D. Palmer As President Of VTech Communications, Inc.

    VTech Holdings Ltd today announced the appointment of James D. Palmer as President of VTech Communications, Inc, a wholly owned subsidiary located in North America. He will report directly to James Kralik, CEO of Telecommunication Products Business.

    "James joins VTech with a solid background in consumer electronics, and in particular the telecommunications industry. As part of the telecommunications senior management team, he will be responsible for our Product Management, Marketing/Brand Management and Sales activities in North America," said James Kralik.

    Palmer most recently served as the Vice President of Product Development and Marketing at Uniden, Inc., where he was responsible for Uniden's complete portfolio of consumer products being sold in the North American market. He has also held senior positions at Motorola in both the North American and European markets.

      Would you please send to me the mailing address and telephone and facsimile number of Mr. James D. Palmer for I wish to send a letter to him about a problem that I suffer on a portable telephone that I purchased from VTech.

      What I wish to do is to have the telephone updated. I have written to VTech a number of time wherein I requested this service. Howbiet I did not receive a response to this request.
