IPN Communications Signs VoIP Agreement With Dragontel

IPN Communications, a majority-owned subsidiary of DataLogic International, Inc., announced today that it has signed an agreement with Dragontel Technic Ltd. to begin deploying its IP-Phones in China.
Under the terms of the agreement, Dragontel will initially purchase 20,000 licenses and up to 20,000 IP-Phones for a combine total of $1,800,000 USD. Dragontel will begin marketing the IP-Phones under its brand to call centers, Internet cafes, and general consumers in China.
In addition, IPN will market and sell its IP-Phones under its own brand throughout China using Dragontel's telecom licenses. In addition to the hardware sales, IPN will be entitled to a percentage of the airtime profits by routing all its customers' calls through Dragontel's servers.
