Amoi To Build Central Research Center?

It is being reported in the Chinese media that Amoi, which has been aggressive in the domestic cell phone and digital products markets in recent years, is building a Central Research Center in Shanghai, focusing on the research and development of 3G-integrated products such phones, digital TVs, acoustics, photography, storage and laptop computers, the total cost of which is estimated to reach CNY 1 billion in the next three to five years.
Amoi has been one of the few enterprises that have full capacity in the digital communications, acoustics and IT fields. In recent years, in order to occupy the top position in the digital family entertainment industry, it has been implementing its "Digi Home" blueprint, trying to provide tailored solutions to individual families regarding the use of digital products.
