Smith & Associates, the semiconductor services company, today announced the opening of a rep office in Shanghai, China.
The new office will leverage and augment Smith's global procurement and logistics network and will be closely tied to Smith's Hong Kong facility. The Shanghai office operates through Smith's quality assurance, testing and shipping facility in Hong Kong, allowing the office to focus solely on procurement assistance and customer service. The two offices are integrated into Smith's proprietary sourcing and logistics platform, which facilitates coordination and communication between Smith's nine global locations.
