Rocket Signs Partnership With Unihub

Rocket Software OSS Unit (formerly TCSI Corp.), a global provider of Service and Network Management Solutions, today announced that it has formed an alliance with Unihub China Information Technology Co Ltd., a joint venture created in 2002 by China Telecommunications Corporation and PCCW Limited to provide IT business solutions in China.
Under terms of the relationship, Unihub will serve as a Rocket Software strategic partner for global solutions and product distribution in China, and the two companies will form a joint R&D lab to develop new telecom and data-network software. Rocket Software's OSS solutions have been deployed throughout China for more than five years, and the company has recently expanded its presence in the country by establishing a wholly-owned subsidiary in Beijing.
