ASAT And Hong Kong Science & Technology Parks Corporation Join Forces

The Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP) has formed a strategic alliance with ASAT Holdings Limited, a global provider of semiconductor package design, assembly, and test services, to cooperatively promote integrated circuit (IC) packaging and test related services in Hong Kong and China.
Under the strategic alliance, HKSTP will offer test development, small batch and pilot production test services for ASAT customers in Hong Kong and China. ASAT will support HKSTP tenants with IC packaging design and engineering services. The agreement covers broad areas of resource sharing and cooperation, and is expected to generate synergistic benefits for both HKSTP and ASAT by bringing together their respective strengths and resources.
