US-Sino Gateway Forms Alliance With Ahead Software

US-Sino Gateway and Ahead Software Co. Ltd. announced today the formation of a joint alliance and exclusive affiliate agreement.
Ahead Software is a software developer and service provider in China that services a number of clients including IBM and Dell. Terms of the agreement call for US-Sino Gateway to be the sole agent/representative of Ahead Software for any new U.S. clients. Ahead Software will provide all related software personnel, facilities, and expertise to implement these projects. This exclusive contract does not apply to any current international companies doing business with Ahead Software, nor companies currently engaged in discussions with Ahead Software.
