Xin Net Corp., today announced it has completed its acquisition of QuickNet Telecommunications Corp., a fast-growing provider of mobile solutions to corporations in China's mobile market.
Currently, the majority of revenue comes from mobile advertisement services. QuickNet's in-house technicians are developing several other mobile-based value-added services for certain vertical industries. QuickNet is an enterprise mobile solutions provider based in Beijing, China. QuickNet is one of the first companies in China to focus on mobile solutions directed at businesses in China. QuickNet's strategy of targeting corporate users is aimed at achieving a higher percentage of recurring revenue and better margins.
