Axesstel Announces Cooperative Agreement With Panda

Axesstel, Inc., which develops, manufactures and markets CDMA-based fixed wireless voice and data solutions, hybrid terminals and engineering services to operators worldwide, announced today that it has reached a cooperation agreement with Nanjing Panda Communication Development Co. ("Panda") to supply its CDMA products to the Chinese market.
The non-binding agreement contemplates that Axesstel will initially supply CDMA products and related technical support to Panda for Panda's market in China under the Panda brand name, and that Panda will initially supply GSM products and technical support to Axesstel for Axesstel to market in other international markets under the Axesstel brand name. The parties have also agreed to pursue other avenues of cooperation in future phases of the relationship.
