Wuhan Municipal Government has announced that its Sunny Internet Cafe Project will provide free online services to teenagers during the summer holidays.
The measure, put forth by Wuhan's vice mayor, will be 100% paid for by the government and the Internet cafes themselves will be nonprofit. Each Internet cafe will have an e-reading room with access to city and district level library material and school material. 11 such cafes have already opened up across Wuhan District.
