Aplix Acquires Java Provider

Java technology platform provider Aplix Corp. announced that it has acquired iaSolution Inc., a provider of Java-embedded solutions in China and Taiwan.
Upon closing of the transaction, iaSolution will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Aplix, and Wesley Kuo, president of iaSolution, will join Aplix as president and chief strategy officer. The combined company will have dozens of licensed customers worldwide and offices located in Japan, Germany, the United States, China, Taiwan and Singapore.
