According to latest figures and reports from the research firm Gartner, fierce competition has arisen between China and India in the IT sub-contract market.
According to the reports, China can not prevail in the market despite its cheaper labor costs and well-established international strategy. Instead, it has been surpassed by India, mainly due to the latter's better trained professionals and those same workers' better English skills.
Approximately 85% of the international IT sub-contract markets adopt English as the business language, while most Chinese can not use standard English without using qualified interpreters and translators.
