Taiwan-based Asustek Computer is to make the iPod mini for Apple at its Chinese plant in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province.
According to a report in Digitimes, Taiwan-based Inventec is expected to continue to supply Apple with its other iPod models. That company is also likely to secure orders for HP's version of the iPod from.
