E-Mobile Information Technologies recently announced that it has signed a three-year sales agreement with Tom.com.
Under the terms of the agreement, Tom.com will open a designated downloading zone on its website for CHL Technologies–a wholly-owned subsidiary of EMTK. This will include marketing and advertising for CHL's products. Initially, CHL will provide games, as well as Multimedia Message Services (MMS) over Tom.com's web portal, although it is hoped that the agreement will ultimately expand to include CHL's entire product line in the future.
Tom.com has also requested that the Company design 4 new games for Motorola China for its E380 Cell phone and 4 new games for NEC China for its N800 Cell phone. E380 and N800 users can go to the Tom.com website to download the games by CHL Technologies.
