DigitalChina To Set Up JV With Foreign Financing & IT Company

DigitalChina's senior vice CEO, Hua Zhinian, and Finance Service Supervisor, Dong Qiqi, have disclosed that the company is in discussions with a foreign enterprise that provides IT finance solutions about setting up a joint venture.
Hua emphasized that once the joint venture is set up, it would be responsible for all core technology and intellectual property rights. In that way, more upgraded products would be developed in China to better serve the demands of local customers.
So far, the name of the intended partner has not been publicized.
