Last week, a Mr. He, general manager and legal representative of Nanchong Aite Network Company, and a Mr. Peng, web editor and client manager, were arrested under the approval of the Nanchong Procurator.
The two are believed to have been spreading 22 obscene films on their "Times Online" site since February 2004 after an undercover investigation was conducted by the police. This is the second serious case involving online pornography uncovered in the province this year.
