51job (Nasdaq: JOBS) announced today that its initial public offering of 5,250,000 American Depositary Shares (ADSs), each representing two common shares, has been priced at US$14.00 per ADS.
The ADSs will be listed on the Nasdaq National Market under the symbol "JOBS" and the trading of the ADS is expected to begin today. The Company has granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 787,500 ADSs to cover over-allotments.
Morgan Stanley acted as lead manager for the offering and the co-managers were UBS Investment Bank, Piper Jaffray and CLSA Asia-Pacific Markets. A registration statement relating to these securities was filed and declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
