Yesterday Huicong announced that it would begin to charge fees for its "Buying & Selling In One" service, which has won the company a large number of clients since March 2004, when the service was free of charge.
Huicong will be charging CNY1980 per year for the service. Since the launch of the service, the total number of clients had reached more than 600,000 by September and grows by nearly 2,000 every day.
