Autodesk Software opened a new branch, Autodesk (China) Company, in Beijing yesterday after it began its business in China a decade ago.
Autodesk software is applied in fields such as infrastructure and building design, manufacturing industry and digital media. Its users include engineers, architects, infrastructure professionals and digital artists.
Carol Bartz, CEO of Autodesk, said that without the success of Autodesk China, Autodesk would not remain a competitive company in the next two decades.
