Yahoo China (YHOO) announced it is starting a paid rankings service for Chinese netizens.
This is the latest search industry move for Yahoo in China, as it earlier this year also launched its China-specific Yisou.com search system.
Yahoo China president Zhou Hongyi said the company plans to leverage its 3721.com real name search services with the new paid rankings. This is expected to give the company the most extensive search service in China.
