Changhong Group announced that a strategic cooperation memorandum has been signed between it and China Telecom, and the two sides will cooperate in the 3G field.
In addition, local media report that in order to help Changhong get out of its fiscal hole from last year, both the Ministry of Information Industry and Ministry of Science and Technology have offered special support.
