KongZhong Signs Cartoon Agreement

KongZhong (KONG) announced that it has entered into a three-year agreement with Hong Meng Cartoon Broadcasting Ltd, a producer of children's cartoon programs in China.
Hong Meng Cartoon Broadcasting Ltd is also known as "Greatdreams" in China.
Under the terms of the agreement, KongZhong will have the exclusive right to use content from Greatdreams' programs in a number of different KongZhong wireless value-added service platforms, including SMS, IVR, MMS, Java, and WAP.
KongZhong plans to launch its first set of services to coincide with a special two-hour Chinese New Year's celebration program that has been produced by Greatdreams and will be aired during the Chinese New Year holiday. These services include interactive voice response hotlines on the networks of China Netcom and China Telecom as well as SMS services through China Mobile, China Netcom, China Telecom, and China Unicom.
