An author surnamed Zhao has sued the Beijing Feiyu Computer Technology Co, Ltd for republishing his works online without his authorization.
Zhao, the author of "Experts Predict: Small and Medium-sized Netcafes Face Three Choices Before Being Overwhelmed", says Beijing Feiyu published his article on its website after removing his name and changing the title to "Medium-sized and Small Netcafes To Be Totally Overwhelmed."
Zhao is requesting an unspecified amount of money for compensation and Beijing's Haidian District People's Court has accepted to hear the case. No date for the hearing has been made though.
