China Wireless Acquires Tianjin Systems Integration Company

China Wireless Communications (CWLC.OB) says it has acquired a majority interest in Tianjin Create IT Company, a new venture enterprise to be formed to operate and enhance the existing business of Tianjin Create Company, a systems integration and broadband integrator located in Tianjin.
Create's customer base includes universities, colleges, enterprise businesses and government clients which required network integration services. These services include, but not limited to the deployment of computer networks, student classroom training to large campus wide area networks. In 2004, Create's sales revenue grew more than 300% (or US$760,000) from their previous year.
Pedro E. Racelis III (Pete), President and CEO, commented, "The acquisition of Create is an important cornerstone in building an integrated broadband base of new services and technologies with existing educational and enterprise customers. Create will become the integrator of our wireless broadband services, which will reduce our costs significantly. Create is well managed, high respected among its customers and technically strong in the engineering and project management disciplines."
