Nankai University Gets Internet Upgrade

China Wireless (CWLC.OB) has been awarded a sales contract by Tianjin's Nankai University to rebuild the school's Internet infrastructure.
China Wireless will provide the physical and architectural rebuilding of Nankai University's Internet infrastructure that will consist of network engineering, design implementation, and equipment upgrades throughout the University's campus. The agreement has a total value of over US$121,000.00.
The upgrades include rewiring and expansion of the existing LAN infrastructure with CAT 5 and CAT 6 cabling, next generation IP servers based on individual departmental needs, replacement of existing departmental and infrastructure routers with advanced feature and increased capacity routers.
