Shanghai Online Game Policies Expected Soon

The Shanghai Network Game Special Commission and Shanghai Municipal Information Commission have announced that the "Shanghai Digital Interactive Industry Three Year Action Plan" will soon be released.
No exact date has been posted for the Plan's release. The Plan is expected to be an instructive policy to monitor and manage Shanghai's network gaming industry.
The Plan also will provide guidance on the support of local gaming development and include best practices for regulation of game operators.
Currently different government departments are reviewing and commenting on the Plan.
