Student Imprisoned For Running Porn Website

Local media report that an unnamed Henan province male college student has been fined CNY3000 and sentenced to three years in prison for running one of the province's largest pornography websites.
Police say that the Computer Sciences student ran the site at sex.523mm.com. The student claimed that he built the website to make more people know about him and to earn some spending money.
He was found guilty of "making a profit by spreading erotic products online".
The student used a web server in Henan's city of Jiaozuo city, and by the time he was identified there had already been 357 sex-related film links on the website.
