Enet Loses Copyright Dispute

Chineseall.com has won a copyright dispute with Enet.com.cn over the illegal publication of a novel on Enet's website.

Enet provided free downloads of "Feng Ru Fei Tun", a novel written by novelist Mo Yan, without approval from Chineseall.

Haidian District People's Court has ordered Enet to apologize on the home page of its website for twenty-four consecutive hours and to pay Chineseall.com CNY13000 as compensation. Mo Yan, author of the book will get half of the compensation.
