CDC Corporation's (CHINA) software unit has opened the CDC Software Technical Support Center in Tokyo to meet the demand of CDC Software's expanding customer base in Japan.
The CDC Software Technical Support Center in Japan will focus on providing integrated support to end-users and resellers, initially for the two CDC Software business solutions available in the Japanese market today namely, Pivotal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and iRenaissance Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) solutions. Subsequently, the center will support additional products which the company intends to launch locally.
Using an integrated product support system that gives its customers a single point of contact from any location within Japan, the Center will allow a faster response time for customers deploying mission-critical enterprise solutions.
