China's State Development and Reform Commission yesterday published the third list of enterprises that have been issued mobile phone permits.
The four enterprises with new permits are UTStarcom (UTSI), Desay Group Company, Shenzhen Zhongtian, and Tianjin Sumsung.
The State Development and Reform Commission requires cautious investment in China's mobile sector in order to become eligible for a license.
