Zhaopin.com Prepares IPO, Cooperates With Sohu For Online Jobs

After years of indecision and rumors about its well-being, China's first online headhunting and job website, Zhaopin.com, has finally joined hands with a major Chinese portal for an online job platform.
Zhaopin.com will be soon launch a co-branded job website with Sohu.com (SOHU).
Liu Hao, CEO of Zhaopin.com, has refused to disclose the sum of capital involved in the agreement to local media. However local sources put the figure at around CNY5 – CNY6 million.
Liu has also said the cooperation was preparation for Zhaopin.com to do an initial public offering in America next year.
