3000 More Little Smart Base Stations In Beijing

With the Little Smart PHS Network Beijing users topping 2 million, Beijing Netcom has made network quality improvements to attract more users.
Beijing Netcom has now initiated the third schedule of a project to optimize the Little Smart Network and it is expected to complete the work by the end of 2005.
By then, the number of Little Smart base stations will be increased from current 22000 to around 25000, covering 35 major lines, including the Second Ring Road, Third Ring Road, Fourth Ring Road, Chang'an Avenue, surrounding expressways and residential buildings.
