Chongqing Telecom Opens International SMS For Little Smart

Chongqing Telecom has started to open international short message services (SMS) for Little Smart phones. The first destination for the service is Hong Kong.
All users of Little Smart PHS phones in Chongqing can send messages to receivers in Hong Kong by inputting 00+area code + city code + mobile phone number.
The fee for sending short message will be CNY0.8 per message, and it will be free to receive messages from overseas. And until October 10, the entire service is free for users to try.
