The Beijing Haidian District People's Court has accepted a copyright dispute case between Chinese Internet rivals Focus.com.cn and Soufun.com.
Believing that Soufun has plagiarized its website content, Focus, the real estate channel of Sohu.com (SOHU), has filed a lawsuit against Soufun.com.
Focus is asking Soufun to immediately stop copying content and to pay CNY498000 as compensation.
There is no word yet on when the case will be heard or when a decision can be reached.
