CHL Signs Marketing Agreement With Shanda

CHL Technologies and Shanda (SNDA) have signed an exclusive recharge card service agreement to market and promote CHL's MBST game product using its online and offline resources.
With Shanda, customers can now pay for their gaming services immediately through this very popular rechargeable card. This agreement covers 28 provinces and cities in China.
Shanda offers a portfolio of diversified entertainment content that is accessible via the Internet. As of June 30, 2005, Shanda had approximately 460 million registered accounts, 18.5 million active paying accounts and more than 2.5 million total peak concurrent users for all of its games in commercial service. Its recharge card service has been widely used in each major city in China, being accepted by more than 150,000 Internet cafes, and being promoted by more than 1000 agencies.
