Four Chinese Mobile Phone Manufacturers Obtain New Licenses

China's State Development and Reform Commission has published the names of the fourth group of mobile phone manufacturers who have been issued mobile license.
There are seven lucky manufacturers in the fourth group. They are Nanjing Malata; Guangzhou Jinpeng Group Co., Ltd; Changhong Electrical Appliance Holdings Co., Ltd; Langchao Lejin Digital Mobile Communications Co., Ltd; Amoi; Kunda Computer Technology (Kunshan) Co., Ltd; and Guangdong Bubugao Electronic Industry Co., Ltd.
Phone manufacturers Dopod and Cosun, who have both been anxious to get a license, once again do not appear on the list.
