We were not given an appropriate Windows Professional XP Disc. The computer has a World Wide guarantee but Acer New Zealand/Australia has advised that they are not certified to putting in Windows Professional XP and needs the Shanghai Company to acknowledge the problem and fix it. We do have an acer Outlet in Auckland which is our nearest acer outlet.
