Lenovo Plans Business PCs In Taiwan

Lenovo (LVNGY) plans to introduce its branded notebook and desktop computers in Taiwan in the first half of 2006.
The new PCs will be targeted at small businesses, but representatives have refused to disclose further details.
Lenovo recently launched two types of its latest wide-screen laptop computer, the ThinkPadZ60t with 14 inch screen and ThinkPadZ60m with 15.4 inches screen, in Taiwan on October 19. The two laptop computers are respectively priced at US$1870 and US$2040.
Lenovo ranked fourth in the Taiwan market in the second quarter of 2005, as shown in IDC's market survey.
