Sino Express Expands Into Chinese Online Travel Booking

Sino Express Travel says with the recent acquistion of online properties, it will offer online hotel reservation and flight bookings in mainland China.
Sino says that one of its major shareholders, Investgold Limited, has completed transferring the ownership of Internet travel booking domain V222.com to Sino at no consideration as a result of Sino's successful listing application on the US Pink Sheets market. The acquisition also includes V222's present operating entity.
V222 currently provides online travel services in Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Macau and other major Chinese cities and tourist zones. During its 6 years of online trading, V222 was among the fastest growing travel web sites in China. In 2004, V222 booked over 60,000 hotel room nights with 50,000 flight tickets. The management of Sino Express intends to connect the V222 web interface to GS Travel hotel infantry.
Sino Express together with its 100% owned subsidiary, GS Travel (Hong Kong) Limited, is an international travel company with operating offices in Hong Kong, Beijing, Vancouver, Toronto and Seattle.
Sino intends to grow its business by acquiring and operating a diversified business travel portfolio, seeking to invest in profitable travel related companies with reputable management and high growth potential.
