Automobile RFID Included In NASTC 2006 Work Agenda

The sub-committee of the National Automotive Standardization Technical Committee has declared during its 2005 annual meeting that it will include automobile quality certificates and automobile RFID into its 2006 work agenda.
The work agenda of the National Automotive Standardization Technical Committee shows that in the year of 2006, the Committee will complete plans regarding the national standard and industry standard of the automobile industry. In addition, it will also make the Tenth Five-Year plan for the industry, setting key tasks, key technologies and key projects.
Regarding standards, the National Automotive Standardization Technical Committee will complete drafting two recommendations for national standards and two industry standards, collecting public opinions for them and submitting them to the higher authorities for review.
The two recommendations are GB/T "Road Vehicle Sign and RFID System", GG/T "Automobile Outbound Quality Certificate". The former is expected to help regulate vehicle types and chassis types under RFID.
