Nokia And China Putian JV Expected To Open In December

Top management from Nokia (NOK) have disclosed to the local media that Nokia and China Putian are seeking approval from the State Development and Reform Commission to organize a joint venture.
The companies hope to get the company in operation by the end of next month.
Nokia invested CNY900 million in the venture which is aimed at TD-SCDMA and WCDMA development and production.
