PacificNet's (PACT.PK) China subsidiary PacificNet Linkhead has been awarded an open project tender by the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, the largest commercial bank in China with over 21,000 domestic branches, to develop its integrated IVR telephone banking system.
PacificNet Linkhead was awarded the tender to provide the IVR system for ICBC's telephone banking system and manage the overall project from installation to integration of the IVR system with the PBX switch.
The entire ICBC telephone banking IVR system will be provided by Linkhead, which will enable ICBC's clients using telephone banking services, such as account status inquiry, fund transfer, automated bill payment, currency exchange, and stock trading, to utilize the IVR platform provided by Linkhead.
PacificNet says implementation portion of this project has already commenced.
