Soufun.com Plans Listing In 2006

Local media report that China's real estate portal Soufun.com has appointed an experienced CFO to be responsible for the getting the company listed overseas within a year.
The new CFO, Cheng Lilan, has already held top management positions at many financial and real estate enterprises and is said to have rich experience in overseas financing management.
In order to meet the needs of the overseas capital market, Soufun.com initiated an expansion strategy at the beginning of this year. It successively acquired the real estate channels of Netease and QQ for CNY8 million and CNY6 million, respectively.
Later it started up the "One Hundred City Strategy", aiming to expand it service to 100 cities in China in the next three to five years.
