Local media report that Geng Junqiang, who took the position of CEO at privately-owned BlogCN.com in August, is said to have resigned from the position last week.
Zhou Fengcheng, current president of BlogCN, has remained silent on the issue, and the details surrounding Geng's departure from the Chinese blogging company are yet unknown.
However, online rumors in China say that that Geng, who claimed earlier that he planned a holiday because of health concerns, was compelled to quit as a result of the pressure of the Board of Directors.
