Ctrip.com Will Open Largest Travel Call Center In Asia

Online travel service provider Ctrip.com (CTRP) is planning to build a massive call center in its new Ctrip Network Technology Building in Shanghai Hongqiao Linkong Industry Park.
The work is scheduled to be completed in 2007 and will serve as the the largest call center of a travel enterprise in Asia.
Costing US$20 million, the building will cover 30000 square meters and hold 2000 seats, with the number increasing to 3000 or even 5000 according to local reports.
The call center will be able to service 100,000 customers each day.
