China Unicom Prepares For Adjustment

McKinsey & Company have been hired to assist China Unicom (CHU) start a new round of structural adjustments.
Local media report that China Unicom will adjust the service of many of its departments and McKinsey & Company has been preparing for this for more than six months.
China Unicom's old structure has become a bottleneck for the company's further growth. It plans to streamline itself to incorporate a more fluid management structure that can enable to telco to grow faster and better compete in its sector.
