TCL Launches New Company

TCL has made a dramatic adjustment in its mobile phone research and development departments.
It has incorporated its three research centers in France, Shanghai and Shenzhen into a new company called JATX Communications, of whose stake TCL holds 100%.
TCL's new company is registered in Shenzhen with Yuan Yi working as the general manager. It is mainly responsible for the TCL and Alcatel brand mobile phones' development.
According to top management from TCL, JATX Communications will not only serve TCL Communications, but go out into the international market, selling solutions to other mobile phone manufacturers.
