MII: China's Mobile Phones Will Exceed 440 Million This Year

In a forecast made about China's telecom industry development, the Ministry of Information Industry (MII) says that the total mobile phone users in China will reach 441 million this year.
At present, China has more than 400 million mobile phone users, and the user base has been increasing at 3-5 million per month.
Wang Jianzhang from MII predicts that by the end of this year, there will be 34 mobile phones and 29 fixed phones for every one hundred Chinese.
